At the junction of two major mid-Iowa crossroads, Interstate 35 and Highway 30, the Iowa State Center is located at the corner of Lincoln Way and University Boulevard (formerly Elwood Drive), Ames, Iowa.

Directions

From Des Moines (south)

  1. Interstate 35 north to exit 111B
  2. US Highway 30 west to University Boulevard (formerly Elwood Drive) exit 146
  3. Right onto University Blvd. north to Iowa State Center
  4. Left onto Center Drive

From Davenport (east):

  1. Interstate 80 west to Des Moines
  2. Interstate 35 north to exit 111B
  3. US Highway 30 west to University Boulevard (formerly Elwood Drive) exit 146
  4. Right onto University Blvd. north to Iowa State Center
  5. Left onto Center Drive

From Omaha (west):

  1. Interstate 80 east to Des Moines
  2. Interstate 35 north to exit 111B
  3. US Highway 30 west to University Boulevard (formerly Elwood Drive) exit 146
  4. Right onto University Blvd. north to Iowa State Center
  5. Left onto Center Drive

From Minneapolis (north):

  1. Interstate 35 south to exit 111B (second Ames exit)
  2. US Highway 30 west to University Boulevard (formerly Elwood Drive) exit 146
  3. Right onto University Blvd. north to Iowa State Center

From Kansas City:

  1. Interstate 35 north to Des Moines
