The Iowa State Center Ticket Office is currently closed until further notice due to COVID-19.
The Iowa State Center Ticket Office, located at the north entrance to Stephens Auditorium, is open Monday-Friday, noon-6pm. In the summer (Memorial Day-Labor Day), the ticket office is open Tuesday-Friday, noon-6pm (closed Monday).

Visit the Iowa State Center Ticket Office to purchase tickets in person. For performance at Stephens Auditorium, the ticket office opens 90 minutes before show time and for performances at Fisher Theater, the ticket office opens approximately 45 minutes before show time.
Free parking is available in Lot F, west of Stephens Auditorium and Fisher Theater, when purchasing tickets during regular business hours. Get directions here.

Ticketmaster.com is the official online ticket provider for events at the Iowa State Center. Tickets from other online sources may be illegitimate and/or more expensive and may not be accepted at the event. Please be aware of third party ticket sites that look like the Iowa State Center Ticket Office site. When purchasing tickets online, look closely at the URL to ensure that you are on the correct site.

Tickets are available for purchase over the phone through Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone at 1-800-982-2787 (ARTS).
This year, subscribers have added flexibility to return tickets for series shows for a full refund or account credit due to COVID-19 concerns.
Subscribers have the flexibility to exchange tickets within the season for another Performing Arts Series show or for account credit. Exchanges must be completed by 6pm at least one business day before the show; charges may apply.

Obstructed view means you’ll be unable to see the entire stage from those seats. You’ll have either an incomplete view because of the position of the seats, or something will be in your line of sight – like a pole, speakers, or the sound board.
We sell these seats because for many fans an obstructed view is not a problem, and the tickets are clearly labeled at time of purchase.
