Play With Words – This is America is a collection of student-written poems and stories adapted for the stage. This project is supported by the Ames Convention and Visitors Bureau Community Grant Program and the Ames Commission on the Arts. It is a joint venture with Ames Children’s Theater, Ames Public Library, and the Iowa State Center.
Play With Words – This is America will take place in the Celebrity Cafe, located on the ground floor of Stephens Auditorium at 1900 Center Drive, Ames, IA 50011. Performances are: Friday, March 1 at 7:30pm, Saturday, March 2 at 2pm, and Sunday, March 3 at 2pm.
