The Department of Music and Theatre present Masterworks on Sunday, April 30 at 3:00 pm in Stephens Auditorium. Enjoy the final concert of the season featuring the Brahms Ein deutsches Requiem and other choruses by Schubert, Mozart, Mendelssohn, and Haydn.
Lyrica, Cantamus, Statesmen, and State Singers combine with orchestral accompaniment from music faculty and students under the direction of Dr. James Rodde and Dr. Jennifer Rodgers. Masterworks will also feature the Des Moines Choral Society and soloists Beth Deutmeyer and Joseph Leon.
Admission is $10 general admission or $5 for students and seniors. Tickets can be purchased at the door prior to the performance or ahead of time through the Ticket Office at Stephens Auditorium.
