		Important Ticket Information All guests, regardless of age, must have a ticket. There are no refunds or exchanges. Best available seating is provided at the time purchase. All ticket prices will be assessed a Public Facility Maintenance Surcharge (PFMS). Guidelines for Ticket On-Sales at the Iowa State Center The Iowa State Center has implemented a lottery system for all event on sales at the Iowa State Center Ticket Office. One hour prior to the on sale the Center will begin handing out tickets for a place in line. A half-hour prior to the start of the on sale someone from the line will draw a number to determine who is first in line. Everyone will line up in consecutive order starting with the number drawn. Anyone arriving after the drawing will be placed at the back of the line. Any questions please call 515-294-3347.
