Services for Guests with Disabilities

Every effort is made to ensure each of our guests has an enjoyable experience at Stephens Auditorium.  Should you require special accommodations, please make arrangements with the Ticket Office when purchasing tickets.  When possible we will arrange to provide sign language interpretation and tape-recorded programs; requests for these services must be made one month in advance.

• Designated Parking is available in the fire lane on the west side of Stephens Auditorium

• Seating for guests with disabilities is available for all performances.  Wheelchair seating is available for all events.  Special seating is available for the hearing and visually impaired.

• Infrared listening devices to clarify and amplify sound are available free of charge at the Guest Service Desk in the main floor lobby.  The supply is limited and dispensed on a first-come, first-served basis.
