Services for Guests with Disabilities

Stephens Auditorium:
Should you require special accommodations, please make arrangements with the Ticket Office when purchasing tickets. When possible we will arrange to provide sign language interpretation and tape-recorded programs; requests for these services must be made one month in advance.

• Designated parking for mobility- impaired guests is available in the fire lane located west of Stephens Auditorium.
• Seating for guests with disabilities is available for all performances. Please contact the Iowa State Center Ticket Office (515-294-2479) for assistance.
• Infrared listening devices to clarify and amplify sound are available free of charge at the Guest Services Desk in the main floor lobby of Stephens Auditoirum. The supply is limited and dispensed on a first - come, first - served basis.
• Elevators are located in the lobbies of all floors on the north side of Stephens Auditorium.

Hilton Auditorium:
Should you require special accommodations, please make arrangements with the Ticket Office when purchasing tickets. When possible we will arrange to provide sign language interpretation and tape-recorded programs; requests for these services must be made one month in advance.

• Designated parking for mobility-impaired guests is available in the fire lane located west of Hilton Coliseum or in Lot B-2 (depending on event).
• Seating for guests with disabilities is available for all performances. Please contact the Iowa State Center Ticket Office (515-294-2479) for assistance.
• Elevator is locatedon the west side of Hilton and is accessible through either the lower west or upper west doors.

Fisher Theater:
Should you require special accommodations, please make arrangements with the Ticket Office when purchasing tickets. When possible we will arrange to provide sign language interpretation and tape-recorded programs; requests for these services must be made one month in advance.

• Designated parking for mobility- impaired guests is available in the fire lane located west of Stephens Auditorium.
• Seating for guests with disabilities is available for all performances. Please contact the Iowa State Center Ticket Office(515-294-2479) for assistance.
• Elevator is located in the lobby of Fisher and is accessible either on ground floor or upper walkway.

Scheman Building:

• Designated parking for mobility- impaired guests is located north of the Scheman Building
• Elevators are located in the lobbies of all levels
