Room Rental & Layouts

The Scheman Building has a variety of gathering spaces available to create the perfect atmosphere for your special event. The ideal setting can be determined by the number of guests you wish to include at your reception or rehearsal dinner, as well as what amenities you would like to provide your guests.

Room rental charges, available from your coordinator, are based on the size of the room(s) and menu options selected for your event. A 50% room rental discount is available when selecting the People’s Choice dinner buffet or a served dinner entrée menu item. A 20% service charge and
3% ISU administration fee will be applied to your final billing.

*Capacity includes head table on risers, cake table, punch station, and dance floor in room.
