Wedding Guidelines & Guarantees

• Menu selection and preliminary customer counts are required no less than 21 business days
prior to your event.

• Final guarantee is due by Noon, three (3) business days prior to the date of your event.
In the event that a request for an item is less than three (3) business days prior to a
function, we will accommodate if the product is available, however, additional charges
may apply.

• We will be happy to secure specialty food items for customers, however due to the lead
time and unique ordering conditions of some products, the final guarantee will be required
earlier than the usual three (3) business days.

• If the entire event is cancelled less than three (3) business days prior to the event, a 50% charge will apply. If the entire event is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled event, a 100%
charge will apply.

• Beverages with meals will be served during the period the meal is scheduled.

• No food or beverage shall be taken from the Iowa State Center premises. At the conclusion of
your event, food & beverages become the property of ISU Dining.

• All items must be picked up the night of your event. The Iowa State Center and ISU Dining are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
