What are your ticket office hours?

The Stephens Auditorium Ticket Office is open 10am to 4pm Mon-Fri, 10 am through curtain for weekday events, and 90 minutes prior to weekend events. Tickets can also be purchased via Ticketmaster (online at www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at 1-800-745-3000).

What are your seating locations?

Stephens Auditorium consists of a main house, three balconies, and two levels of loge boxes. Price levels vary by show.

Do you offer a subscriber package?

Become a subscriber to receive discounted tickets to our Performing Arts Series.

Do you offer discounted youth tickets?

In addition to the Youth Matinee Series, we offer youth ticket prices for select Performing Arts Series shows.

Do ISU Students receive a discount?

GSB funds a student discount to each Performing Arts Series show. Additionally, a student punch card is available for purchase. A valid ISU student ID is required for use of the student discount.

Are there group discounts available?

Any group of 15 or more qualifies for a special group rate for Performing Arts Series events. Please call the Ticket Office at 515-294-2479 or 877-843-2368 for more information.

Can we sit together?

We will gladly make every effort to seat you with friends or family. Please include all ticket orders in one envelope, indicating that you would like to sit together.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Gift certificates are available for purchase in $1 increments by calling or stopping by the Stephens Auditorium Ticket Office.

What are your payment options?

We gladly accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

Can I get a refund for or exchange my ticket?

Ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
